🙅‍♀️ Managing Opt-Outs and Unsubscribes

  • When setting up Email Templates or sending out one-off Emails in a study, you have the option to Include unsubscribe link at the footer of your emails. This gives participants the option to opt-out from Research emails
  • In order to manually mark a participant as opted-out, click into the individual’s profile, check the Opted Out field as Yes, and press Save
  • When a participant unsubscribes or they are Opted-Out manually, they will automatically be flagged as Do Not Contact within Rally. Participants with this flag will not be eligible for email outreach through Rally.
