Sending Incentives to Participants

  1. When building a study, remember to include the incentive component and specify the amount you will pay to your participants. Check the amount carefully to ensure accuracy before contacting participants.
  2. Once the scheduled interview is complete, the participant status will automatically change to "Incentive Not Sent.'
  3. To send incentives, start by selecting one or more participants using the checkboxes.
  4. Click 'Actions' and choose 'Send Incentives.
  5. Choose the desired amount for the incentives and click 'Next.'
  6. Include an email thanking participants for their participation and send!

Once incentives are sent, the participant status will automatically update to 'Interview Complete,' and your task is complete!


Resending or Canceling Incentives

  1. Navigate to the Incentives page.
  2. Search or filter for participant(s) with "Unclaimed" incentive status.
  3. Select the relevant participants using the checkboxes.
  4. Click 'Actions' and choose either 'Cancel incentive' or 'Resend incentive.'

If a participant has already claimed their incentive, it cannot be canceled.


Exporting an Incentive Report

  1. Navigate to the 'Incentives' tab.
  2. Customize your report using filters and columns to show the correct data.
  3. Select the participants you wish to include in the report, using the checkboxes.
  4. Click 'Actions' and choose 'Export as csv' to download the report.
